Returns & Refunds

No questions asked -- the point of this project is centered around quality cultural work and political education, not just the transactions of commodities. 

If there's anything you're unsatisfied with, damaged, or missing you will be refunded, no questions asked -- just let email colorcollectivepress [at] gmail [dot] com within the first 14 days of receiving you're items. Your support doesn't go unnoticed, so send your message with a few details of what happened and and your order number and you'll see your refund as soon as possible!

With that said, try to keep in mind that this isn't Amazon or some big corporation -- shipping is expensive and starts at its lowest at $4.75 (domestically) and $15.50 (internationally) which takes a pretty big chunk out of the budget.

 

International Shipping

While you get free shipping on international orders $30 and over, shipping any of our prints and artwork internationally costs this project a minimum of $15.45 which includes mandatory customs form on the label, and as the weight of the order increases, so does the cost -- however your only charged $12 to try and meet you halfway. To be honest these prints are priced relatively low to the cost of production and cost of living, so you're already getting a pretty generous discount that undervalues the artwork.

 

Domestic Shipping

Although shipping costs this project a minimum of $4.75, you get free shipping on domestic (US) orders $15 and over!

 

Where is my order?

Your order is printed, packaged, and dropped at the postal service within the first 24-48 hours of ordering (on weekdays) however, it takes a while for the USPS to update their tracking link information.

You'll receive a confirmation email when you place your order and another email with a tracking link when your order was shipped. Simply click on the tracking link and you will be automatically redirected to the tracking information.

If it has been more than 3 days since you placed your order and you haven’t received an email from us, check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there. If you can’t find your tracking email, contact us at colorcollectiveart [at] gmail.com 

 

Do you have a physical location?

Not yet, but hopefully someday.. Right now just slowly continuing with this project to see if it can grow into a project that can afford a physical space!
