returns & refunds policy
This project operates on a no-questions-asked returns policy – if there's anything you're unsatisfied with, damaged, or missing we will refund it, no questions asked -- just send a message with a brief description of the issue and your order number to colorcollectiveart [at] gmail [dot] com within the first 14 calendar days of receiving you're items. Please keep in mind that this is a tiny operation – we're. not Amazon (nor do we want to be!) and we don't have our own fleet of drivers, we pay for your shipping through the USPS and have little control over the speed and efficiency of their deliveries, but always will make it right by any of the delivery and shipping mistakes made by the mail carriers.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (this amount of time depends on your bank/card issuer not our system), depending on your card issuer's policies.
In the case that you need to replace an item, you may be asked to see proof of the damage or error and/or the item be unused and in the same condition that you received it and that your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Since we pay for shipping on orders $15 and up, it's possible that you might be asked to pay for shipping the item back to us.
