This project operates on a no questions asked returns policy.

If there's anything you're unsatisfied with, damaged, or missing we will refund it, no questions asked – just send a message with a brief description of the issue and your order number to colorcollectiveart [at] gmail [dot] com within the first 14 calendar days of receiving you're items. 

Please keep in mind that this is a tiny operation – we're not Amazon (nor do we want to be!) and we don't have our own fleet of drivers, we pay for your shipping through the USPS and have little control over the speed and efficiency of their deliveries, but always will make it right by any of the delivery and shipping mistakes made by the mail carriers.

This project offers a free library of downloadable zines and other resources, and your support is appreciated! Right now, the project is not yet making enough money to cover the costs of making, printing, and shipping the materials but with your support we'll get there!
